Role Overview

The team handles customer care activities related to the quote-to-order process. This role involves entering order details, supporting customers and internal teams, and ensuring a smooth ordering experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter product and service contract orders accurately into the system
• Handle customer accounts, including complex orders if assigned
• Track and manage all assigned orders
• Respond to queries related to order status, invoices, and service contracts
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, billing, shipping, and issue resolution
• Provide price quotes when required
• Ensure timely completion of tasks as per service level agreements (SLAs)
• Escalate complex issues to management when needed
• Deliver a smooth and positive experience to customers

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s Degree (Mandatory)
• 1–2 years of experience.
