Job Summary

Serve food and beverages while ensuring customer satisfaction in a dynamic hospitality environment. Carry trays and plates safely and maintain excellent customer relations.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately to customers
• Carry trays of drinks and up to three main course plates safely to tables
• Maintain excellent customer relations to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Demonstrate friendly and energetic interpersonal skills when interacting with customers
• Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members
• Complete any other assigned tasks and duties as required
• Apply good understanding of Western cuisine to support service quality
• Proactively anticipate customer needs and contribute to a positive dining experience

Required competencies and certifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar food and beverage service role

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Good understanding of Western cuisine
• Proactive and visionary approach to customer service
