Job Summary

Serve food and beverages while ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining excellent customer relations in a fast-paced dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages accurately to customers to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction
• Carry trays of drinks and up to three main course plates safely to customers
• Maintain excellent customer relations by responding promptly and courteously to customer needs
• Apply good customer service standards to enhance the dining experience
• Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members to coordinate service
• Demonstrate friendly and energetic interpersonal skills to create a welcoming atmosphere
• Complete any other assigned tasks and duties to support smooth restaurant operations

Required competencies and certifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar food and beverage service role
• Good understanding of Western Cuisine to assist customers knowledgeably

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proactive and visionary approach to anticipate customer needs and improve service quality

Benefits:

• 44 hours work week (5-6 working days per week)
