Responsibilities
Location: Outram area
(Work will primarily take place onsite , with occasional off-site work for programme recruitment and related activities.)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, office hours (9am to 5:30pm) and occasional Saturdays
Contract Duration: 10-11 Months
Salary: $17/hr
We are looking for a proactive individual to support a digital health programme that brings together clinical care, behavioural support, and lifestyle management. The initiative is designed to help healthcare providers and patients better manage chronic conditions through personalised digital solutions and lifestyle interventions.
Responsibilities
Manage cohort operations (enrolment, tracking, rewards) and maintain accurate participant records.
Coordinate programme logistics, recruitment, and rollout while handling enquiries, stakeholder liaison,
and basic platform support; support communications, reporting, and track engagement metrics.
Requirements
Diploma/Bachelor’s in a relevant field; experience in operations/project coordination or client-facing roles preferred;
strong organisation and communication skills; proficient in Excel/PowerPoint and comfortable with digital tools.
Advantageous Experience
Experience with digital programmes or health-related platforms (e.g., apps, wearables) and exposure to
public sector or service operations.
