Job Description

• Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Engineers to support the fulfilment of project and contract obligations within timeline, scope, and budget.
• Manage and maintain project documentation and coordinate with subcontractors when required.
• Perform system setup, database configuration, and troubleshooting of technical and design-related issues.
• Provide support and maintenance for IT infrastructure environments primarily based on Microsoft Operating Systems.
• Configure and perform basic setup of network switches, IP addressing, and network connectivity checks for project-related devices.
• Carry out installation, debugging, and troubleshooting of IT infrastructure and systems.
• Support deployment and setup of access control and surveillance systems such as CCTV, card readers, gantry systems, and key management systems.
• Assist in implementing redundancy and high-availability technologies such as fail over clustering and NIC teaming.
• Ensure compliance with site security and operational requirements during deployment activities.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, IT Security, Project Management, or related disciplines.
• Experience in IT infrastructure deployment, system integration, project implementation, or related fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Operating Systems, virtualization technologies, database setup, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
• Familiarity with SQL Management Studio and database table management.
• Knowledge of vulnerability assessment and network switch configuration will be an added advantage.
• Exposure to redundancy technologies such as fail over clustering and NIC teaming is preferred.
• Basic software development knowledge is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal organisational, and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently while also being an effective team player.
