Purchasing Executive
Working Days: 5 Day work week (Mon-Fri)
Working Timing: 8:30am - 5:30pm
Responsibilities:
Report directly to the Manager and Director
Prepare and manage purchase orders in a timely manner
Maintain accurate documentation and records of procurement activities
Oversee office supplies inventory, including ordering and stock replenishment
Provide administrative support to the Engineering/Admin team
Handle additional ad-hoc duties as assigned
Work both independently and collaboratively within the team
Requirements:
Singaporean only
Minimum GCE ‘O’ / ‘A’ Level or Diploma qualification
Fresh grads are welcome
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central will be an added advantage
Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in work
