• Responsible for period-end closing activities such as GL Journal entries, bank reconciliation and ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing of accounts.

• Prepare monthly management reports and conduct analytical review of financial fluctuations for management review

• Manage quarterly GST submissions in compliance with regulatory requirements

• Continuously improve accounting processes and internal controls to enhance reporting quality and operational efficiency

• Assist management in cost control and profitability analysis

• Cashflow monitoring, maintain daily cashflow and prepare weekly and monthly cashflow forecast

• Prepare intercompany billings and manage intercompany transactions and reconciliation

• Supervise and manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable

• Handle fixed assets, addition, disposal, and depreciation

• Coordinate year-end audit process and prepare annual financial statements to support statutory compliance

• Support tax preparation and filing, ensuring compliance with relevant tax regulations and financial laws.

• Support other finance-related ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent field.
• At least 3-5 years of construction sector experience.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Highly motivated with ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including MS Excel, MS Powerpoint).
• Familiarity with Autocount accounting software would be beneficial.
