Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support project planning, execution, and completion. You will manage schedules, monitor progress, liaise with stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and deliverables to ensure timely progress
• Monitor project milestones and prepare clear, concise status reports for stakeholders
• Liaise effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate communication and collaboration
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records to support project tracking and audits
• Assist in tracking budgets and planning resources to optimize project efficiency
• Identify potential project risks or delays and escalate issues promptly to mitigate impact
• Manage multiple tasks independently and collaboratively to meet project objectives

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• ITE or Diploma in Project Management or a related field, or 2-3 years of experience in project coordination
• Previous experience in project coordination or administration
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities demonstrated through managing concurrent project activities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills applied in stakeholder engagement and reporting
