Job Description:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
• Process orders and coordinate schedule while ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies
• Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies
Job Requirements:
GCE N, O, A level | Polytechnic | ITE graduate
Self-motivation and good interpersonal communication skills.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
Other Details:
Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am-6pm), Saturday (9am-1pm)
Salary based on experience + Performance Bonus
