We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Software Engineering Manager to lead engineering teams, oversee software delivery, and drive the development of scalable, high-quality software systems.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Software Engineering Manager, you will lead software engineers, manage development processes, and ensure successful delivery of high-quality products aligned with business goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Technical Leadership

• Lead and mentor software engineering teams
• Provide technical direction and architectural guidance
• Review system designs, code quality, and engineering standards
• Ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable system architecture
• Drive engineering best practices and innovation

Project & Delivery Management

• Oversee end-to-end software development lifecycle
• Plan, prioritize, and manage engineering projects and sprints
• Ensure timely delivery of features and releases
• Coordinate with product managers and stakeholders
• Manage risks, dependencies, and technical challenges

Team Development & Leadership

• Hire, onboard, and develop engineering talent
• Conduct performance reviews and career development planning
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance engineering culture
• Support continuous learning and technical upskilling
• Resolve team blockers and support productivity

️ System Quality & Performance

• Ensure software quality through reviews and testing standards
• Monitor system performance, scalability, and reliability
• Work with DevOps and QA teams on CI/CD improvements
• Drive improvements in deployment and release processes
• Support incident management and production stability

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with product, design, and business teams
• Translate business requirements into technical execution plans
• Align engineering output with company strategy and goals
• Communicate progress and technical decisions to stakeholders
• Support roadmap planning and prioritization

• Strong technical background in software engineering
• Proven leadership experience managing engineering teams
• Excellent problem-solving and architectural thinking
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to balance technical depth with business priorities
• Calm, structured, and effective under pressure

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Strong experience in software development and system design
• Experience leading engineering teams or projects
• Proficiency in modern development stacks and tools
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, and scalable systems is a plus
