ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Data Scientist, you will work with large datasets, build machine learning models, and apply advanced analytics techniques to support business decision-making and innovation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Data Analysis & Insights

• Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data
• Identify trends, correlations, and business opportunities
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA)
• Translate findings into actionable insights
• Support strategic and operational decisions with data

Machine Learning & Predictive Modeling

• Develop and train machine learning models
• Apply algorithms for classification, regression, clustering, and forecasting
• Optimize model performance and accuracy
• Conduct experimentation and A/B testing
• Deploy and monitor models in production environments (where applicable)

Reporting & Data Visualization

• Build dashboards and visual reports for stakeholders
• Communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
• Track KPIs and model performance metrics
• Automate reporting and analytics workflows
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership

️ Data Engineering & Preparation

• Work with large and complex datasets from multiple sources
• Clean, preprocess, and transform data for modeling
• Collaborate on data pipelines and analytics infrastructure
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency
• Document methodologies and workflows

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with engineering, product, and business teams
• Translate business problems into data science solutions
• Support product development and innovation initiatives
• Contribute to data-driven culture across the organization
• Provide insights to guide strategic decisions

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or related field
• Strong proficiency in Python or R
• Experience with SQL and data manipulation
• Knowledge of machine learning frameworks (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Strong foundation in statistics and probability
