Hiring: Technical Support Engineer | Singapore
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Technical Support Engineer to join our growing team in Singapore.
Location:
No. 8 Ubi Road 2, #05-23 Zervex, Singapore 408538
Working Hours:
Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Employment Type:
Permanent Full-Time
Salary:
SGD 3,000 – SGD 4,000
(Based on qualifications and relevant experience)

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support via onsite visits, phone, WhatsApp, and email
• Perform installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance
• Liaise and escalate technical issues with vendors when required
• Conduct product demonstrations and user training
• Handle internal product repair and technical training
Requirements:
• Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, IT, or related field
• Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Customer service oriented with a positive attitude
