Mandatory

·       Strong experience (5+ years) in onsite desktopsupport (Windows OS, desktops/laptops, peripherals)

·       PowerShell scripting knowledge

·       Good communication and coordination skills

·       Willing to support occasional after‑hoursactivities when required

·       Experience with Tanium or other desktop patchingtools

Good to Have

·       Power BI / Reporting knowledge

·       Experience with ServiceNow

Vendor Scope Expectation

·       1 dedicated onsite resource during business hours

·       Deliver end‑user support, automation, and ITcoordination activities as BAU

·       Work Mode: 100% Onsite (No remote / No hybrid)

·       Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Working Arrangement Note

·       Occasional after‑office hours or weekend supportmay be required on a case‑by‑case basis

·       Compensatory time‑off / leave will be arrangedaccordingly. No additional payment for after‑office hours support
