Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized ProjectManagement Officer (PMO) to support the planning, coordination, tracking, andexecution of projects within a drone manufacturing environment. The role isresponsible for assisting cross-functional teams in managing project timelines,documentation, resource coordination, procurement follow-ups, and overallproject administration to ensure projects are completed on schedule and withinoperational requirements.
The ideal candidate should possess strong coordination andcommunication skills, with experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, ortechnical projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Administration
- Support planning, scheduling, tracking, and execution of company projects related to drone manufacturing, engineering, operations, and customer deliveries.
- Coordinate with internal departments including engineering, production, procurement, supply chain, QA, and operations to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and action items to ensure deadlines are met.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, meeting minutes, trackers, and project schedules.
- Follow up with stakeholders on project progress, pending tasks, and operational issues.
Resource & Operational Support
- Assist in coordinating manpower, materials, procurement status, and logistics related to project activities.
- Support resource planning and allocation based on project requirements and operational priorities.
- Track procurement and inventory status for project-related materials and components.
- Coordinate meetings, testing schedules, site activities, and project logistics where required.
Reporting & Process Management
- Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and status reports for management review.
- Identify project risks, delays, or operational bottlenecks and escalate issues when necessary.
- Support implementation and improvement of project management processes, workflows, and SOPs.
- Ensure proper filing and traceability of project-related documents and records.
Customer & Stakeholder Coordination
- Support communication and coordination with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and external stakeholders where necessary.
- Assist in preparing project updates, reports, and presentations for internal and external meetings.
Mandatory Requirements
Educational Background
- Diploma or Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field.
Mandatory Experience
- Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in project coordination, project management support, operations, or administrative roles.
- Experience supporting cross-functional projects in manufacturing, engineering, construction, aerospace, electronics, or technology industries.
- Experience managing project documentation, timelines, and coordination between multiple departments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools.
