We are looking for a dependable and technically skilled IT Support Specialist / System Administrator / Helpdesk Executive to support daily IT operations, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain secure and efficient systems across the organization.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, supporting users, and ensuring IT infrastructure runs smoothly with minimal downtime.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As part of the IT team, you will provide hands-on technical support, maintain systems and devices, and ensure stable and secure IT operations that support business productivity and growth. ️

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES️ IT Support & Helpdesk Operations
  • Provide first-line and second-line technical support to users
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and network issues
  • Respond to helpdesk tickets and support requests promptly
  • Assist with system installations, upgrades, and configurations
  • Ensure timely resolution of technical incidents and problems
System Administration
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
  • Monitor servers, systems, and IT infrastructure performance
  • Support software updates, patching, and maintenance activities
  • Maintain backup and recovery procedures
  • Ensure system security, stability, and operational efficiency
Network & Infrastructure Support
  • Support LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and connectivity troubleshooting
  • Configure and maintain laptops, desktops, and office devices
  • Coordinate hardware repairs and replacements
  • Work with vendors and service providers when required
  • Assist in maintaining secure network infrastructure
Documentation & Process Improvement
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and technical documentation
  • Record incidents, solutions, and troubleshooting procedures
  • Support development of IT policies and best practices
  • Improve IT workflows and operational efficiency
  • Assist with compliance and reporting requirements

REQUIREMENTS
  • Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • Knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/WAN)
  • Familiarity with hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, or similar systems is a plus
  • Knowledge of helpdesk/ticketing systems is advantageous
