• Oversee in-process and final inspections to ensure product quality compliance
• Conduct periodic calibration checks on measurement equipment
• Issue test reports and certificates for approved products
• Coordinate with third-party inspection bodies for testing and certification processes
• Monitor equipment maintenance and report operational issues to management
• Review procedures and work methods to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Ensure safe work practices during inspection activities
• Lead and support QC Inspectors and Testing Coordinators in daily operations
• Work with management to obtain product certifications and approvals
• Support product development and R&D initiatives
