We are seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented Finance Manager to join our Singapore office. This position plays a critical role in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.

Responsibilities
Finance
- Liaise with external accountants for bookkeeping, tax and compliance matters
- Manage overseas subsidiary and intercompany transactions to maintain accurate consolidated financial records
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities by providing accurate financial data
- Support management with financial analysis and business insights to guide strategic planning
- Ensure effective financial controls are adhered to within the business
- Handle financial records, transactions, and reconciliations
- Prepare reports, budgets, and financial summaries
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial performance
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and standards
- Support audits and maintain proper documentation
- Identify opportunities to improve financial efficiency
- Follow up on outstanding receivables and maintain creditors/debtors overview
- Perform additional finance-related duties as assigned to contribute to overall financial management and business growth
HR & Admin
- Coordinate interviews and recruitment scheduling
- Prepare employment letters and HR documentation
- Maintain employee records including leave and benefits
- Assist with payroll coordination, CPF matters and government reporting
- Provide administrative support such as meeting scheduling
- Manage office supplies and vendor coordination
- Assist with expense claims and internal coordination
- Perform additional HR-related duties as assigned to support efficient HR operations and organisational effectiveness
- Handle general office administration and ad-hoc tasks
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years experience in finance with knowledge of full set and general accounting procedures
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Able to handle multiple responsibilities independently
- Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin
- Prior energy or shipping background is an advantage
