Responsibilities
Provide 24x7 L1 production support for core banking applications to ensure high availability and minimal downtime.
Coordinate and support scheduled infrastructure maintenance activities.
Manage the implementation of new application releases in strict adherence to established release management workflows and best practices.
Manage and resolve production issues in a timely manner, ensuring strict compliance with business Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Education: Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in IT production support, preferably within banking, financial services, or a highly regulated enterprise environment.
Domain Knowledge: Basic understanding of core banking systems and banking operations is highly desirable. Prior exposure to Sunline Core Banking platforms will be considered an advantage.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with modern operational ticketing tools and monitoring systems (such as Prometheus, Elasticsearch, and Grafana).
Process Knowledge: Understanding of structured Incident Management processes is a plus.
