Post 1: Infrastructure & Production Support Engineer (L1)

Job Responsibilities

• Provide 24x7 L1 production support for core banking applications to ensure high availability and minimal downtime.

• Coordinate and support scheduled infrastructure maintenance activities.

• Manage the implementation of new application releases in strict adherence to established release management workflows and best practices.

• Manage and resolve production issues in a timely manner, ensuring strict compliance with business Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Job Requirements

• Education: Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in IT production support, preferably within banking, financial services, or a highly regulated enterprise environment.

• Domain Knowledge: Basic understanding of core banking systems and banking operations is highly desirable. Prior exposure to Sunline Core Banking platforms will be considered an advantage.

• Technical Skills: Familiarity with modern operational ticketing tools and monitoring systems (such as Prometheus, Elasticsearch, and Grafana).

• Process Knowledge: Understanding of structured Incident Management processes is a plus.
