Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Preloved Luxury Purchasing Officer located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The Purchasing Officer will be responsible for managing secondhand luxury purchase from customers through good negotiating processes and excellence customer services.

Responsibilities:

• Manage excellence store operation and good relationships with customers and partners
• Develop brand awareness through social media, pop-up events and/or local communities and response to incoming inquiries
• Manage purchasing activities with goods negotiation skills and authentication process involved.
• Good customer handling and maintain customer engagement through CRM program
• Actively develop initiatives to achieve monthly purchase target
• Analyze local market situation and report to management periodically
• Manage operational reports
