Position Responsibilities

• Design and implementation of RESTful and event-driven APIs consumed by mobile and web clients
• End-to-end service ownership: from requirements through deployment and production health
• API contracts and versioning — ensuring consumers can depend on what you build
• Data modelling and schema design across relational and caching layers
• Integration with third-party services (payment gateways, notification platforms, logistics providers)
• Performance and reliability of the services you own: latency, error rates, and scalability under load
• Code review participation and contribution to backend engineering standards
