Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field
At least 2 years of sales experience in motorcycle, automotive, tyre, lubricant, battery, or spare parts industry
Existing network with motorcycle dealers/workshops is an added advantage
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Able to travel frequently within Johor and surrounding areas
Possess valid driving license and own transport
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting

About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales Executive to develop and grow our motorcycle business in Johor and surrounding regions. The candidate will be responsible for driving aggressive growth through new customers.
Candidates with experience in motorcycle tyres, spare parts, lubricants, batteries, or related automotive products are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow existing motorcycle dealer and workshop accounts
Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territory
Conduct regular dealer visits to build strong customer relationships
Promote company products, promotions, and sales programs
Achieve monthly sales targets and collection KPIs
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
Prepare quotations, follow up on orders, and coordinate deliveries
Ensure timely payment collection from customers
Work closely with internal teams on stock planning and customer support
Maintain accurate sales reports and customer records
Participate in trade events, roadshows, and promotional activities when required
