Position Title: Logistics Coordinator / Transport Planner
Working Location: Jurong West (Company transport provided)
Working Hours: 5 Days (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Bonus
Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
Plan and schedule daily transport operations, including fleet allocation.
Assign jobs and coordinate with warehouse, production, and customer service.
Optimize routes and fleet usage for cost and efficiency.
Liaise with transporters, 3PLs, and vendors; monitor service performance.
Manage transport documentation, update ERP/TMS systems, and assist with invoicing.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements; support incident handling.
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in logistics planning, transport coordination, or related operations.
Experience in chemical logistics or DG handling is a plus.
Familiar with SAP, TMS, or similar systems; proficient in Excel and data tracking.
Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
