Responsibilities

We are partnering with a globally established, technology-driven industrial solutions company supporting advanced manufacturing environments, including the semiconductor industry. Their products play a critical role in enabling high-precision processes used in next-generation electronics and emerging technologies.


With a growing footprint in Asia, the company is strengthening its Singapore commercial hub, which combines sales, customer engagement, and regional logistics operations.

This is a senior leadership opportunity to take full ownership of the Singapore branch, drive regional growth across Southeast Asia, and lead both commercial and operational excellence.


The Role

You will lead the Singapore entity with full responsibility for sales, customer relationships, distribution networks, and local operations (including warehouse/logistics coordination).

You will manage and develop the local team, while acting as the key bridge between regional customers and global headquarters.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited for someone who enjoys building, scaling, and owning a business within a global structure.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth across Singapore and Southeast Asia, expanding both direct and channel sales
  • Strengthen relationships with key strategic customers, particularly within semiconductor and advanced manufacturing sectors
  • Develop and execute short- and long-term commercial strategies aligned with global direction
  • Lead and grow distribution networks and partnerships across the region
  • Oversee local operations, including coordination with warehouse/logistics to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Manage profitability, forecasting, and overall business performance
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing local team
  • Collaborate closely with global stakeholders in a matrix organisation


What We’re Looking For

  • 15+ years of experience in people management (ideally currently at Director level)
  • Strong track record in semiconductor industry
  • Solid experience in customer service/support/delivery
  • Experience managing regional sales and distribution networks across multiple markets
  • Comfortable operating in a hands-on, entrepreneurial setup with full ownership
  • Exposure to international business environments and cross-cultural collaboration
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution
  • Strong leadership presence, with the ability to influence both locally and globally
  • Willingness to work extended hours and align with OEM calls, including U.S. time zones
  • Fluent English communication skills
