We are looking for a skilled and passionate PLC Engineer (Software) to join our dynamic engineering team. If you love bringing complex machines to life through clean, optimized code and want to work on diverse, cutting-edge automation projects, we want to hear from you!

• PLC Programming & Optimization: Develop, modify, and optimize robust PLC programs for advanced automated machinery and fully integrated production lines.
• HMI/SCADA Integration: Seamlessly integrate PLC systems with HMI and SCADA platforms to ensure intuitive process monitoring, data visualization, and control.
• Testing & Commissioning: Take ownership of troubleshooting and debugging control systems during the critical testing and commissioning phases, ensuring flawless onsite deployment.
• Technical Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including program backups, detailed I/O mappings, and user orientation/operation manuals.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with mechanical and electrical engineering teams to ensure seamless hardware-software integration and system synergy.
• Technical Support: Provide expert tier-2 technical support and troubleshooting assistance to internal production teams and client maintenance crews.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure all control systems and software architectures strictly comply with international regulations and industrial safety standards.

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related field.
• Technical Expertise: Proven experience in programming major PLC brands and designing HMI/SCADA interfaces.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical and software issues under pressure.
• Team Player: Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary engineering teams and clients.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Industry 4.0 standards, industrial communication protocols, and safety regulations is highly advantageous.
