Responsibilities
The Urban Renewal Authority (“URA”) is tasked to undertake, encourage, promote and facilitate urban renewal of Hong Kong in accordance with the provisions of the Urban Renewal Authority Ordinance and the Urban Renewal Strategy published by the Government. The URA adopts a comprehensive and holistic approach by ways of its two core businesses i.e. redevelopment and rehabilitation, as well as preservation, revitalisation and retrofitting, for creating a sustainable and quality living environment for the people of Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
To assist in contract management, monitoring cost and quantity surveying
To support the review of consultants’ reports, work orders, variations and interim payment
To assist in preparing tender and contract documents
To provide support in tender processes and liaison with relevant parties
To maintain contract and cost data library, as well as claims and expenses records
To assist in reviewing project financial statements and cash flow forecasts
Requirements:
Full-time degree (obtained in 2026) in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines
Proficient in relevant computer software; familiarity with AI applications
