About the job:

Job Purpose & Objectives

- Help to set and improve various procedures within the Finance scope. Among others:

• Procurement

• Vendor Risk Management

• Single Development Agenda

• Branch Governance

- Create all the documentation structure for all the above, trying to mechanize and reduce the workload of the branches finance teams.

- Work with various Head Office teams to help them decide the final structure to be held in Asia and if some of the functions not present in the region need to be staffed.

Key responsibilities

- Translation and adaptation of global procedures to the Asian branches' reality.

- Support the Asia CFO centralizing all the requests by the branches and the Head Office.

- Mechanization of reporting and documentation.

Qualifications & skills

- Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics or IT/Engineering with finance/accounting experience/interest.

- Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish.

- Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to use AI to simplify her job

- One to three years’ experience in consultancy or the banking industry in financial analysis, internal control, or project management.
