• Ensure adherence to governance and compliance standards.

• Strong experience in program and project management.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

• Proficiency in stakeholder engagement and communication.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Familiarity with the insurance industry and program management experience; fluency in Cantonese & English is required.
