Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bayan Lepas for a Logistics Operations Specialist. The incumbent will manage and oversee logistics operations, including the coordination of transportation, supply chain processes, and customer requirements. Responsibilities include optimizing operational efficiency, handling customer inquiries, ensuring on-time deliveries, and collaborating with internal teams to maintain effective logistics planning and execution.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding and hands-on experience in Transportation Management and Supply Chain Management
• Proficient in Customer Service with excellent Communication skills
• Analytical Skills to evaluate processes, solve problems, and improve operational efficiency
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and clients to achieve shared goals
• Familiarity with logistics software and technology is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field is an added advantage
• Experience in the logistics and transportation industry is highly desirable
