Responsibilities
Join a dynamic team focused on expanding market reach and establishing robust customer relationships. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive sales growth across diverse regions.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong business relationships with customers in the FA component sector.
Create and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve growth objectives.
Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base across ASEAN countries and Bangladesh (20-30% of traveling is required).
Generate new sales leads and manage relationships with dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
Collaborate with the engineering team to engage in commercial and technical discussions while collecting customer feedback for product enhancement.
Conduct market analysis to identify customer preferences and monitor competitors’ activities.
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or a related technical field.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales within a related industry, particularly in HVAC or Data Centers.
Proven ability to manage sales processes effectively from planning through to deal closure.
Strong business acumen and industry expertise, with knowledge of AC Drives being an advantage.
Established network of contacts with consultants and contractors in ASEAN countries.
Self-motivated with a customer-centric approach, capable of managing both internal and external stakeholders.
Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time to ASEAN countries and Bangladesh.
