Responsibilities
Join a dedicated healthcare team and play a vital role in enhancing patient care by supporting nursing staff and ensuring compliance with clinical standards.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Nurse Manager to streamline daily operations.
Analyze and propose improvements to existing policies and procedures.
Work in tandem with various departments to provide optimal patient care.
Ensure adherence to clinical guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Conduct performance audits to assess clinical effectiveness.
Design and implement nursing education programs to foster continuous improvement.
Mentor and guide junior nurses while overseeing the nursing team.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Advanced Diploma in Nursing.
A minimum of 7 to 8 years of relevant nursing experience.
Registered as a Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
