Employment Type: 1-Year Renewable Contract
Location: As assigned by the client (Healthcare Environment)
Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite IT support, including troubleshooting, diagnosis, resolution, and escalation of desktop issues
- Install, configure, and maintain end-user devices such as desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and mobile devices
- Support Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and internal business applications
- Perform software installation, reinstallation, deployment, and updates for end users
- Manage hardware lifecycle tasks, including secure data wiping and disposal documentation
- Liaise with vendors for maintenance, support, and issue escalation
- Handle user support requests such as account setup, device changes, and onboarding/offboarding activities
- Provide basic printer troubleshooting and coordinate repairs with vendors
- Ensure IT systems and devices operate according to service standards
Requirements:
- Minimum NITEC qualification in any field.
- Minimum 3 months of experience in Desktop Support, IT Support, or a related role
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and general IT troubleshooting
- Basic understanding of network troubleshooting and connectivity issues
Additional Requirement (Healthcare Compliance):
- Comfortable to take the necessary vaccinations (MMR and Tdap), as part of workplace healthcare compliance with reimbursement provided.
Pay: Up to $2,400.00 per month
