Responsibilities
L3 Senior Customer Engineer – Active Directory / Entra ID / ADFS
10–15 years experience
Expertise Required
1. Enterprise customer experience -Experience working in enterprise customer environments.
2. Comfortable in direct customer-facing situations.
3. Good understanding of ITIL / Service Management.
Technical Expertise Required
1. Active Directory – Identity and Access • Should be experienced in implementing, operating, tuning, and troubleshooting enterprise Windows Active Directory Enterprise Solutions.
2. Helpful adjacent identity experience
• Microsoft Identity Manager
• Active Directory Federated Services
• Azure AD Connect
• Azure Active Directory / Entra ID
Technology Areas Requiring Deep Knowledge
1. Active Directory Domain Services
2. Active Directory replication and performance skills
3. Strong Active Directory troubleshooting skills and experience
4. Active Directory Disaster Recovery
5. Group Policies implementation, design, and troubleshooting
6. Security and administration of the Active Directory environment
7. Fundamental networking knowledge -IP / DHCP /DNS/ WINS/ Routing
