The Role

Here is what you will be responsible for:

• Oversee daily air export operations from bookings and cargo movement through to documentation and customs coordination
• Build and develop a high-performing operations team focused on service quality, efficiency and KPI delivery
• Nurture and manage key relationships across airlines, co-loaders, agents and transport partners
• Keep a close eye on shipment performance, operational profitability and service delivery standards
• Safeguard compliance with customs regulations, trade requirements and internal SOPs at all times
• Partner with commercial and key account teams to align operations with customer needs and growth targets

What We're Looking For

You will be a strong fit if you bring:

• 5-8 years of airfreight export operations experience within freight forwarding or logistics
• A track record of leading and managing operational teams
• Deep working knowledge of air export processes, airline coordination and customs requirements
• Familiarity with CargoWise or a comparable freight forwarding system
• The ability to communicate confidently and manage relationships across multiple stakeholders
• A background managing key accounts or regional freight movements is a welcome plus
