1 Coordinate day to day facilities operations across HSBC Menara IQ
2 Monitor building system (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, BMS) to ensure proper functioning
3 Process and track maintenance request from HSBC staff members.
4 Conduct regular facility inspection to identify issues requiring attention
5 Liaise with service provider (cleaning, pest control, maintenance contractors).
6 Schedule preventive maintenance activities with external vendors.
7 Review contractor performance
8 Process vendor invoices and maintain related documenatation.
9 Liase with with spare parts supplier for ordering sparepart item and negotiating price.
10 Monitor Corrigo system and make sure all work order close
11 Assign work order based on technician availability, skills and workload.
12 Coordinate emergency response for high priority issue.
13 Prepare approval to work.
14 Process add hoc job request from BU such as relocation workstation
15 Conduct site visit for add hoc job
16 Request quotation for add hoc job
17 Checking Profit & Lost scalable subsidy monthly report from House of Taste
18 Make sure HQ site followed all safety requirement
19 Raise incident report in Corrigo and CMO for all incident at Menara IQ
20 Update Vizportal, Corrigo, DART, Tableu for all changes at Menara IQ
21 Raise E-Cap for quotation approval
22 Update monthly schedule roster technician in Cadena System
23 Provide security protocol training for new cleaner
24 Check Venovox baclground check for new cleaner
25 Arranging new access card for new cleaner and technician
