Responsibilities

Role Overview:


This role is responsible for providing end-to-end sales operational support across global regions, ensuring accurate system configurations, pricing validation, and seamless contract processing. The position plays a critical role in supporting both direct customer and distributor accounts by managing quotations, bookings, and internal coordination throughout the sales cycle.


  • Prepare system configurations for new installations and expansion projects for direct customers and distributor accounts globally.
  • Manage and monitor internal quote queues to ensure timely processing.
  • Liaise with CRM for pricing and costing of Capex MAC (Moves, Add and Changes) work.
  • Collaborate with Project Management, Pre-Sales Engineering, and Operations to ensure accurate technical and commercial configurations in quotes
  • Stay informed on new product releases and updated pricing schedules.
  • Process contract packages through the booking cycle, validating pricing, costs, margins, and customer account information.
  • Add backroom configuration for Connexus Unigy booking.
  • Obtain third-party vendor quotations for ordering.
  • Ensure technical accuracy of quotes in collaboration with Pre-Sales Engineering.
  • Provide general system and quoting support to the sales team.
  • Train new sales personnel on Salesforce quoting tools, including opportunity creation and booking processes.
  • Perform individual sales tracking and reporting.
  • Process NS order for CX WAN bundling, Internet On Prem and Proxy as a Services.


How You Will Make an Impact:


This role directly contributes to revenue generation by ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant quote preparation and contract bookings across global regions. By managing system configurations, validating pricing and margins, and coordinating cross-functional teams, the role minimizes errors, reduces deal cycle time, and improves operational efficiency.


Additionally, by providing Salesforce training, sales tracking, and system support, the role improves sales productivity and empowers the sales team to focus on strategic selling activities. Overall, this position plays a critical role in enabling scalable, consistent, and efficient sales operations across APAC, EMEA, and AMERS.



Essential Skills and Experience to be Successful in this Role:


  • Proven aptitude in Information Technology with the ability to understand technical configurations and systems
  • Experience working in a technology support, engineering, or sales operations environment
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced sales and business environment
  • Strong commercial and contractual awareness with a solid understanding of pricing concepts and margin impact
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and other business systems.
  • Salesforce experience is an advantage, particularly in quoting and opportunity management
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with strong time management and organizational abilities
  • High attention to detail to ensure pricing accuracy, contract validation, and data integrity
  • Advanced English writing and verbal communication skills
