Business Development Executive

The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and supporting company growth through sales and strategic partnerships.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Generate leads and follow up with potential clients
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Prepare business proposals and presentations
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Achieve sales targets and company objectives
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
• Attend meetings, networking events, and business discussions
• Prepare regular sales and progress reports

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing is an advantage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and online communication tools
• Possess own transport and willing to travel when required
