Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kluang for a Group Product Leader (Pumps) at Apex Uniparts Sdn Bhd.

The role entails:

1. Managing and coordinating pumps and pump spares performances across all Business Units.
2. Deliver approved sales budget and improves opportunity conversion.
3. Build growth plans, expand account penetration, reactive dormant accounts and acquire new customers.
4. Improve quotation quality, turnaround time and order conversion with branch teams.
5. Coordinate with principles on product range, delivery, technical support, and market feedback.
6. Drive product training, forecasting accuracy and stock planning across the group.

Lead monthly pipeline review, escalation management and performance tracking across all BUs.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering/Business or Related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Industrial Sales, Pumps or rotating equipment.
• Strong commercial acumen and technical understanding of pump applications.
• Experience in the palm oil, downstream or general industrial sector is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, communication and presentation skills.
• willing to travel domestically and overseas when required.
