Responsibilities:
- Plan and organise events, workshops, retreats, and special programmes hosted at the club.
- Coordinate event logistics, including scheduling, venue setup, and operations.
- Ensure events are delivered smoothly and create memorable experiences for members and guests.
- Identify and develop partnerships with brands, organizations, instructos and communities.
- Establish collaborations that bring unique experiences and value to the club.
- Maintain strong long-term relationships with partners and sponsors.
- Develop event concepts that generate revenue and attract participation.
- Monitor event budgets and financial performance.
- Track event sales and commissionable revenue.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Branding team to pomote upcoming events.
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional materials for events.
- coordinate with Guest Experience team to ensure smooth event operations.
- Work with Community and Programmes team to align event s with club activities.
- Support Membership Relations by organizing event that attract potential members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in event planning, project management, or related roles.
- Proven experience managing corporate events, conferences, launches, or community activations.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage budgets, vendors, timelines, and logistics effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure during live events.
- Experience with event tools/platforms (e.g. Eventbrite, Cvent, Asana, Trello, Airtable) is an advantage.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, or travel when required.
- Knowledge of digital/hybrid event execution is a plus.
