STF Resources Sdn. Bhd. (STFR) was established in 2016 by the Staff Training Fund (STF) as a wholly owned private limited company to provide high quality outsourcing services such as finance, human resources, corporate services, IT and facilities & administration to affiliates in the banking and finance sectors of Malaysia.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based at Bangunan AICB, 10 Jalan Dato’ Onn, WP Kuala Lumpur. The Executive, Corporate Services is responsible for assisting the Corporate Services Division in the performance of company secretarial functions and corporate services to ensure compliance with and adherence to the requirements of applicable laws, guidelines and practice notes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of company secretarial work, statutory files/record maintenance and related statutory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements as well as corporate governance guidelines.
• Preparation of Statutory Forms for submission with the Companies Commission of Malaysia and other regulatory bodies.
• Assist in the coordination of meetings such as Board meetings, Board Committee meetings and general meetings.
• Assist in drafting the meeting papers involving secretarial matters and all aspects of works for the Board/Board Committee/Shareholders meetings.
• Assist in the preparation of secretarial materials and corporate governance disclosures for Annual Report and for circulation to Stakeholders.
• Assist in uploading meeting papers via e-meeting system (BoardPaC).
• To perform any ad hoc duties assigned by the Superior from time to time.
