Key Responsibilities:

1. Fund Allocation & Liquidity Management

• Cross-chain Asset Scheduling: Manage the balance between cold and hot wallets, perform predictive fund transfers based on market conditions, and ensure platform liquidity and security.
• Fiat Channel Settlement: Monitor fund reconciliation of collection and payout channels, and manage efficient settlement and clearing with global payment providers.

2. Data-Driven Decision Making & AI Empowerment

• Accurate Reconciliation & Monitoring: Design automated reconciliation models to monitor fund consistency across “User Ledger – Exchange Internal Accounts – External Wallets/Banks” in real time.
• Performance Analysis Reporting: Produce high-quality fund flow analysis reports regularly, providing deep insights into transaction fee costs, channel losses, and fund utilization efficiency.
• Workflow Automation: Strong ability to leverage AI tools (LLM, Python, SQL) to automate tedious daily data processing, upgrading operations from manual work to systematic automation.
• Operational Process Optimization: Lead the review and redesign of daily workflows including fund transfers, approvals, and settlements. Identify and eliminate redundant steps.
• Organize regular performance review meetings and propose systematic solutions to improve cross-departmental efficiency (e.g., coordination with Tech and Customer Service teams).

3. Budgeting & Risk Control

• Cost Management: Establish a detailed fund budgeting system with dynamic monitoring and optimization of business expenditures and on-chain Gas fees.
• Operational Resilience: Develop and continuously update SOPs for fund operations to ensure fast response capabilities during extreme market conditions (e.g., large-scale withdrawal surges).

Requirements:

1. Strong Logical Thinking: Exceptional logical reasoning ability, capable of quickly identifying the root cause of issues within complex fund movements.
2. Web3 Native: Deep understanding of blockchain principles, wallet operations, and clearing mechanisms of major exchanges. Strong knowledge of both DeFi and CeFi.
3. Tech-Driven Mindset: Proficient in SQL for data extraction and skilled at using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.) to write automation scripts and handle complex reporting.
4. Professional Experience: Minimum 5+ years of funds/treasury management experience in CEX, Fintech companies, or cryptocurrency exchanges. Experience in large-scale fund clearing and settlement is highly preferred.
5. Extreme Attention to Detail: Near-obsessive precision with numbers and exceptional patience when handling complex accounts.
6. Education: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
7. Language: Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English (reading and writing).
