Responsibilities

Internal position title: Senior HR Executive

(In-Office role, no hybrid work)


We are looking for a Senior HR Executive to join our team in Sungai Buloh, Selangor. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be a hands-on HR generalist supporting the full employee lifecycle, with a sizeable foreign worker population and support office admin and support functions.

This role will suit an experienced HR professional who enjoys variety, is comfortable with admin-heavy work, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across production operator, office support, sales and senior and technical engineering roles
  • Provide generalist HR support – onboarding, confirmation, performance management and off-boarding
  • Support and administer foreign worker matters – permits, FWCMS, levies, renewals, accommodation and welfare
  • Handle staff grievances, disciplinary matters and domestic inquiries in line with the Employment Act 1955 and Industrial Relations Act
  • Provide light supervision of support staff – cleaners, despatch and reception
  • Oversee general HR and office administration – records, statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF) and policy compliance
  • Partner with the HR Manager on engagement, retention and day-to-day people matters

What you will bring

  • Minimum 5 years HR generalist experience, ideally within manufacturing or with exposure to managing large groups of foreign workers
  • Solid working knowledge of Malaysian employment legislation and foreign worker regulations (Immigration, KDN, JTKSM)
  • Experience handling employee grievances and disciplinary matters
  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
  • Approachable communicator who can engage comfortably with support staff, office employees and management
  • Bilingual ability (English plus Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin) highly preferred
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
