Key Responsibilities

This is a hands‑on, execution‑led L&D role at a Team Lead level. The incumbent is expected to take ownership, design, run, and deliver learning programmes for the Malaysia office, while working closely with our HQ. This role is suited for a strong L&D trainer and coordinator who can operate independently, engage stakeholders, and translate business needs into effective learning outcomes. You will:


  • Own and drive end‑to‑end learning initiatives, from needs analysis to delivery and evaluation
  • Facilitate classroom, workshop, and blended learning sessions confidently and independently
  • Partner closely with HR and business leaders to identify capability gaps and prioritise training needs
  • Customise content to suit different audiences, seniority levels, and business contexts
  • Lead onboarding and structured development programmes
  • Measure training effectiveness and recommend improvements based on business outcomes
  • Build internal training materials, toolkits, and facilitation guides
  • Manage training logistics, calendars, and documentation efficiently
  • Act as a key L&D point of accountability, not just a facilitator
  • Perform any other duties assigned to support organisational capability building


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or any related discipline
  • 5–6 years of learning & development experience within a corporate trainer capacity in medium to large organizations
  • Proven ability to independently design and deliver training programmes
  • Strong presence and confidence in facilitating sessions across levels
  • Experience in professional services, corporate, or structured environments preferred
  • Practical, execution‑driven, and comfortable operating with limited hand‑holding
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Able to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery
