Responsibilities
Position: Quantity Surveyor (QS)
Location: Penang
Industry: Interior Design / Construction
- Prepare cost estimation, budgeting, and tender documentation
- Evaluate quotations and subcontractor claims
- Contract administration and cost control
- Monitor project expenses and progress claims
- Prepare variation orders and final accounts
- Coordinate with project team, consultants, and suppliers
- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
- Minimum 3 years working experience (Interior/Construction preferred)
- Strong knowledge in contract administration & costing
- Good negotiation and analytical skills
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
