Job Description (Accounts Executive – ECommerce):

• Handle daily accounting operations related to the ECommerce department.
• Assist in preparing and issuing invoices for online sales transactions.
• Verify ECommerce sales records, delivery order, payment collections and transaction details.
• Reconcile marketplace settlements, bank transactions and customer payments.
• Ensure all due payments and related accounting processes are completed within the required timeline.
• Prepare and maintain proper documentation for ECommerce transactions and claims.
• Coordinate with internal departments and marketplace platforms regarding accounting matters.
• Able to identify and resolve discrepancies related to debit, credit and transaction records.
• Check and review reports, supporting documents, and claim submissions thoroughly before processing.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 2-5 years above experience.
• Other relevant trainings and certification.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to details.
• Excellent computer skills and excel skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the ECommerce industry will be an advantage.
