Job Overview
As a Social Media Manager, you will be the bridge between our clients and our creators - turning
brand goals into clear social strategies, ensuring strong execution, and driving performance
through data-led decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Content: Lead the planning, development, and optimisation of monthly content calendars and social media campaigns.
- Project Management: Manage timelines across internal teams and external partners, ensuring all deliverables from ideation to reporting are delivered on time.
- Client and Creator Management: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, maintaining clear and professional communication with both clients and creators.
- Collaboration: Translate client requirements into clear, actionable briefs to ensure quality output from creators and vendors.
- Quality Control: Review all deliverables (content, decks, reports) to ensure accuracy, quality, and alignment before client submission.
- Data & Analytics: Analyse monthly performance across social and paid media, and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
- Community & Growth: Oversee community management and support new business pitches and campaign ideation when required.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or working with brands and creators.
- Platform Understanding: Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and short-form content formats.
- Proactive: Takes ownership and consistently goes beyond the brief.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent written and spoken English, with working proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia.
- Creative & Analytical: Able to generate strong content ideas and back them up with data and reasoning. Trend-Aware: Up to date with platform trends and understands how to apply them to brands.
- Organised & Reliable: Able to manage multiple timelines, stakeholders, and platforms with speed and clarity.
- Pace & Environment: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
