Role Description

This is a full-time, contract-based Facility Technician role based on-site at Batu Kawan Industrial Park (BKIP). The Facility Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support the proper functioning of building facilities and safety matters. Daily responsibilities include conducting routine maintenance and repairs, managing facility operations, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring the proper functioning of building systems. The role requires collaboration with the facilities management team to sustain safe and operational workspaces.

Qualifications

• Experience in Facility Management (FM) and Building Maintenance
• Skills in Maintenance & Repair, including diagnosing and resolving technical issues
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain safe work environments
• Experience in a similar role or relevant technical certifications will be an added advantage
• Added Advantage with background that are familiar with Clean Room, Solar Energy System, 5S Practice and Safety.
