F&B Nutrition Hiring! Full Time Finance Executive (General Ledger) in Selangor - Ricebowl

Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with a knack for numbers and a passion for accuracy? We are looking for a Finance Executive specializing in General Ledger (GL) and Costing to ensure our financial reporting remains top-notch.

Key Responsibilities:

As our Finance Executive (GL), your primary focus will be managing the general ledger and costing functions. Your day-to-day will include:

• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Preparing monthly management accounts and performing variance and trend analysis to ensure compliance with approved accounting standards.
• Closing Activities: Handling month-end and year-end closing, including fixed asset modules, production order settlements, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Costing & Inventory: Managing product costing, inventory valuation, and COGS; preparing standard cost variance and efficiency reports.
• Systems Management: Ensuring material price master data is accurately and timely updated within the SAP system.
• Compliance & Audit: Liaising with auditors, bankers, and tax agents to ensure adherence to Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and statutory requirements.
• Budgeting: Assisting in the preparation of company budgets and forecasts for P&L, cash, and taxes.

Requirements:

• A Professional Certificate, Bachelor’s Degree, or Professional Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of working experience in a related position.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with SAP is highly preferred.
• An audit background is considered a significant advantage.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
