Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers/vendors.
• Negotiate contracts, prices, terms, and agreements with suppliers.
• Maintain relationships with existing suppliers and assess their performance.
• Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct cost analysis and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and agreements.
• Collaborate with various departments (such as finance, operations, and logistics) to understand their procurement needs.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Outgoing candidate with good communication skills.
• Able to report and communicate effectively with China-based management.

Language Requirements:

Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia
