Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Automation Tester with a minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing and test automation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Selenium or UFT (Unified Functional Testing), strong knowledge of testing methodologies, and the ability to develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium or UFT.
• Analyze business and technical requirements to create effective test scenarios and test cases.
• Execute automated and manual testing for web, desktop, or enterprise applications.
• Identify, document, and track defects using defect management tools.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project teams to understand application functionality.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
• Review test results, troubleshoot issues, and provide detailed reports.
• Participate in test planning, test strategy discussions, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure software quality standards and testing best practices are followed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Software Testing / Automation Testing.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver or UFT (Unified Functional Testing).
• Strong understanding of automation frameworks, test scripting, and testing methodologies.
• Knowledge of manual testing concepts, SDLC, and STLC.
• Experience with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM, TestRail).
• Basic knowledge of SQL/database testing.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and Agile methodology is an added advantage.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
