Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Executive for a full-time, on-site position located in Petaling Jaya. The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing and interviewing candidates, fostering relationships with potential hires, and building strong employer branding initiatives. This role also requires maintaining a robust talent pipeline and collaborating with hiring managers to meet organizational hiring needs effectively.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
  • Handle hiring requirements across various functions and support business hiring needs within the agreed timeline
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and networking activities
  • Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring demands
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Prepare and manage job advertisements across different recruitment channels
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports in the applicant tracking system
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning
  • Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns when required


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Hiring and Recruiting with knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with candidates and stakeholders
  • Willing-to do attitude and sales-driven mindset
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
  • Proficiency in recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems is an advantage
  • Experience in high-volume recruitment is a bonus
